Since 2022, in addition to olives and olive oil, the mill has created: La savonnerie du Mont Ramus. This soap factory produces three ranges of high-quality soaps, rich in olive oil from the mill.

Made from ingredients of natural origin, our superfatted soaps are made on site, by hand, using the ancestral method of cold saponification, a guarantee of softness, quality and respect for the environment.

Why cold saponification?

To take care of your skin...

Cold process soap making is an artisanal method for creating soaps rich in vegetable glycerin. The glycerin naturally created during the saponification process moisturizes and protects the skin. Cold process soaps are also superfatted, meaning some of the oils are not transformed into soap, which makes the soap very soft. Vegetable oils and butters are processed at low temperatures to preserve all their skin-friendly properties.

For the respect of the environment...

Our cold process soaps are ecological and biodegradable, their manufacture and use do not pollute water or land.

What's in our soaps?

Carefully selected, 100% natural ingredients: • Olive oil from the mill. • Vegetable oils and butters (argan, coconut, shea, cocoa, etc.). • Essential oils for fragrance. • Natural pigments for coloring: clays, spices, plants, etc. And that's it! No preservatives, no nasty chemicals. Only authentic products from nature.

Our soaps are developed and handmade in our workshop, in accordance with good cosmetic manufacturing practices (ISO 22716 standard). A Product Information File (PIF) is prepared for each recipe and submitted for validation by a toxicology expert before marketing, ensuring that the product poses no risk to consumers.
