Olive Harvest 2024:
From Monday, October 28th to Friday, December 20th, from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m., Monday to Friday (except public holidays on November 1st and 11th).
Our Services
To ensure a good oil yield, we open the mill on October 28th. Olives harvested before this date do not contain oil. Bring ripe olives for high-quality, profitable oil.
Tips for your contributions

Pick the olives from the olive tree and not from the ground.
If all the olives are bitten by the fly (presence of a hole in the skin of the olive and a worm inside the olive), they should not be taken to the mill. They should be thrown away.

Olives should not be stored at home for more than 48 hours.

Olives must be placed in perforated plastic crates to prevent them from heating up. Crates weighing more than 15 kg are not accepted.
Prices and conditions
Depending on the weight of your feed, the crushing will be specific or not. You need 250 kg of feed to benefit from specific crushing.

Since this year, the mill has been approved for organic crushing services. Cost of service: +5 cents per kilo
