The Cuvée du Moulin Fruité Précoce (formerly Intense) is a blend of different olive varieties, such as Picholine, Bouteillan, etc. Green notes of freshly cut grass and a slight pungency make it ideal for cooking and salads. It has a good length on the palate, without bitterness.
