This is one of the new features for 2021: nine different Olivade recipes.
These creations are divided into three themes:
- SUMMER: Lemons and Ginger; Red Peppers; Sundried Tomatoes and Basil.
- GUARRIGUE FLAVORS: Pine Nuts; Thyme and Rosemary; Fennel.
- AUTUMN: Porcini Mushrooms; Almonds; Black Olive Confit.

A unique taste experience offered by each preparation. Each recipe has its own character and uses. Spread as an aperitif, as a condiment in a salad, brushed on a fish fillet, everyone can experiment to find their own taste.
